Debit hold

I'm a traditional healer. Last month my initiate deposited R12 000 into my acc for preparation of intwaso. My acc was put on hold by tymebank, they said they are suspecting ***** into my acc. I must send them proof of payment, of which I did. Up until now my acc is still on hold. I can't even buy groceries for my kids
