Debit hold
There should be a Zero rating. TymeBank does not deserve that one star. A debit hold has been placed on my account for over a week now, I've tried to reach out on your phone number but the consultants puts me on hold until when i give up and hang up. Via email *** the only response i got was an automatic response, other than that nothing, On Facebook No response as well. so easy to just ignore a client since there is no branch i can go to. my money has bee stuck won my account for over a week now.

Not resolving the issue but promising.
I will be patient until the 28th, Well not like i have a choice nevertheless. However, should you not follow up with my complaint I will just come back here, since this is the only platform where you respond to complaints.
The phone numbers and emails you provided above do not assist.
I can only Imagine how manipulative companies would be if there were no public platforms.

27 Apr 2023, 11:29 I called again today and managed to get Katlego from the ***** department. He Said I received *****ulent money. I asked which one, He said on the 5th of April. On that date, A family member has sent me R1k they owed me. The money was due to me. But on TymeBank It appeared as *****ulent. I asked why do you say It Is *****ulent, Like what triggers a transaction to be flagged as *****ulent?, He could not give an answer to that, I said well, Did the sender report the transaction? No, he then said now I must go to the SAPS and fill an affidavit explaining wat happened. otherwise the debit hold will not be removed. Yho as soon as I get my money I'm done with this bank🚮. Do not be fooled and decide to move your salary to TymeBank, If you already have, I advise you move It before It Is too late. You will be enjoying early payments and all that until you come across a situation like this.
