Debit hold

This is still the worst bank ever!! Why can't we atleast have a branch for walk ins? I have a debit hold on my account since the 18th of January, submitted the required documents tried calling for follow up by my calls ain't getting answered. This is frustrating, sent countless emails; still no answer regarding the process of my case.
