Debit Hold

I have never been so disappointed by a bank like Tymebank it's been a week since my account is on Hold I have been calling,sending emails but nothing seems to happen they just say we are working on your query we have escalated your query.I have money but it's sad that I can't access my funds I would advise anyone who wants to join this Tyme wasting Bank to think twice before hanging yourself. Old Banks are expensive but you will get help you need in Time, Never ever Bank with a Bank that doesn't have a Branch you won't be assisted over the phone worse the Tyme waisters at Pick n Pay and Boxer stores they just there to help people open their accounts they are clueless.
