Debit Hold

I was explaining to the supervisor how much it is affecting my livelihood that I just received my salary and that I have kids and am a single Mom. and she insensitively rep**** I am not the only single Mom in the world. I burst into tears after the called was ended by her on her side. I wasn't even done talking. Though I tried to explain tovher that I have no funds to take a cab home and no airtime. She said she can't unfortunately help me. I am pleading with anyone from ombudsman office to contact me for further information. I would like to be assisted if it is right for them to withhold my salary because my account is suspicious of *****. Though I sent an affidavit? Please help me as I am not coping financially and it is Easter weekend. Very unhappy with tymebank and am terminating service with them for life. period.😭😭😭
