Tymebank service deliverybis horrible, lobg waiting on the phones and agents dont give same service, some at servixe centre verify you somw just transfare you to tye relevant department with vwrifying you, ***** deparment I spoke to several people with same matter all giving me dufferent process, this morning I send and email that had an attachment, and on my email I said" attached please find" when I call them spoke to a Mandla,who confirmes email was recieved with no attachment, Why doesnt Tymebank made an effort to email me back and say We recieved your email but thers no attachment, its almost a week my matter is still not resolved. Poor service it sucks!
