Customer service does not inspire confidence

While the interest rate is excellent, customer service for the most part is appalling. Account is easy to open and administrate on the app. Getting a bank card, however, is frustratingly difficult. I opened the account several months ago and there were no cards at the Kiosk I used. Cards were only placed there after I complained... Having tried several times. The Kiosk wasn't able to smoothly deliver the card so fortunately I had tweezers with which I could grab the card. I have since assisted my mom to open an account... No cards and now finally I left my card at family out of the province and needed to get a new one... Still no cards, extremely frustrating!
