Customer service and account blocked

Just block my access to my own account without letting me know or even a little warning this is unexpectable that they have more control over one's own bank account than one self this utter nonsense and poor customer service that they can't even assist in gaining access again and they supposed to be a fully digital bank worst bank in south Africa must say
