Customer service a complete anathema to this bank

Tyme bank once again outdoes itself in the customer support dept.

You open up a fixed deposit option and then when I transfer money into my account to put into the fixed deposit - you frikkin block the account as potential *****. You dont contact me to query it you simply block it!!! Then when I call you, you take 40 mins to tell me this and when I ask why you never bothered to tell me your agent cuts me off! What kind of circus are you running there???
