*********** Customer care agent and money not cleared
Worst service from Tymebank Customer Care agent Lebogang. He definitely do not know what Customer care is. On the line he even sounded like he was chewing. Worst experience ever.
Anyway my query is that there are 3 l EFT payments deposited from capitec bank on Friday from same capitec account to my own TymeBank account. Only 2 amounts of R3050 are reflecting and there other one is not. Please investigate Tyme bank as Capitec confirmed that all transactions were cleared from their side

07 Jul 2023, 12:04Hi. Yes the other transaction have cleared. Please address my issue with this Lebogang agent because he delayed the process as well. I had to call again and got through to Tshepo who was helpful
