Credit Card settlement

I was handed over to the attorneys because I had defaulted on my credit card,afterwards I made arrangements for 3 months to settle the account,debit order was arranged and settled my credit card but the debt still appears as unpaid whenever I apply for credit at other institutions....

I have not received paid up letter for your attorneys,my payments have not been updated On Till to this date
