Concerning level of assistance
What a pathetic service. I am literally trying to update my number for more than a week now. First consultant messed up the number, on the phone for 12min to change a phone number. Phoned back again just to be informed for the 2nd time that I have to phone back in 24hours to update my number. This is nothing short of pathetic and should not be this complicated just to update a number
