Compliment

After a lot of back and forth and complaints, I found an agent who really did her best and excelled. Karabo Kgasago from Tymebank really did her best, got people to help me, to respond to emails, she followed up for me, she logged new case numbers for me and finally I was assisted with my late husbands accounts, funds as well as papers. It has taken me about 8 or 9 weeks with no real solution or help but Karabo on the 2nd of January went over and above in insuring that I get assistance and be 1 step closer to finding closure and winding up my late husbands estates. Thank you Karabo for all your assistance, it means a lot to me.
