Completely useless... completely
8 days later and STILL my business account is blocked. I logged a second complaint on Thurs only to receive an sms yesterday that it was resolved and closed BUT MY ACCOUNT IS STILL BLOCKED!!!! How *********** are you people... like really I need to ask because you are completely useless.

So I called you - AGAIN. I have been given YET ANOTHER case number because the person who was supposed to resolve the problem, closed the case but it wasnt sorted AT ALL. Every time I have to open a new case you push out the timelines. But I suspect thats why people close cases without resolving them. I would like to know how people are allowed to make error after error after error in your organisation and make the client suffer? How long does this go on and on and on for? All the while I cannot access my money!!!!

You are all useless useless useless and you stuff around with peoples lives without a a single concern. How do any of you sleep at night? I think its time to contact the ombudsman.
