Complaint

I transferred using a send money option on Tymebank to the wrong person because I entered one wrong digit to the cell number...I called tymebank to see if they can block the money from being withdraw and all they said to me is to pray they don't withdraw the money and wait for 7 days to bounce back ...and guess what, the money was withdrew later that day when I called to check with tymebank after that 7 days

Right now I'm seeing 3 ten rands fees been taken from my account at 18:32 while I last used my card in the morning
