Complaint about tyme bank

Am sick n tired of Tymebank .I hv a problem with Tymembank 3weeks back i received a call from a guy who said he was from MTN, he told " i won a cell phone from a mtn competion which i responded that i wasn't interested, then dropped my phone. On the following day when i checked my phone it was not working due to network, it said network not supported the wholeday. Then the following day on a Saturday @ work i went to buy lunch using the tymebank card to swipe it declined. Then i went to the tymebank consultant to report this matter because i was sure i had R1647 in my account. Then the consultant told me to do the tymebank app then thats when we saw that someone used my account to buy air time meaning i was hacked. So we phoned tymebank then they told me to do affidavit then email it to them, so i did exactly what i was told. So i waited for their investigation. Today they phoned me & told me they can not help me with this matter, where as i lost all my money in their bank. I could pay my child fees because of this situation. And the problem is there is no branch to go to, to lay a complaint. Please assist, my fear is this will happen to others because i also have colleagues who uses this bank for stokfel what if this same thing happens to them
