complaint

I am a SASSA pensioner and i used a Standard Bank ATM -Rietfontein Supermarket in the Valdor Center when the ATM started counting the money the ATM power went off and i never received my R2,150.00 U then went to Standard Bank Northgate to request that they do the reconcile on the ATM and return my SASSA they sent me to Tymebank as U was a Tymebank card holder customer . I did this and Tymebank headoffice spoke with me and said they had logged the call and the money would be returned by 21 October 2024 thus us still not returned to my Tymebank account ????
