Complaining

I wonder if someone from management team will be able to rectify this query. I reported ***** with ***** team however the case was not resolved and it was closed leaving my profile blocked. It is the 4th month now I don't have access with my profile. I have phoned million time but the ***** team is never available. The frustration that comes with all of this as my salary goes through this account. This is the last straw I am trying to push this
