Wow, I cannot actually believe that these people get paid. But, I suspect its one of those companies where the bosses get all the big bucks and don't train their staff properly. So, in short, I get told, pay one month in, then they will debit thereafter. LOL. No, that doesn't happen, you have to pay in three months, then give permission, then they will debit. After several phonecalls, this is how the story unfolds. Cool, paid in the outstanding amount, nowI'm waiting for the debit to go off. No debit happens, policy terminated. Good, I refuse to give my money to a medical company of ANY kind that can't even sort out their income collection or tell a person properly what's required from the start.
