***** committed on my account and No customer service assistance

I’m so disappointed by Tymebank’s service. There was ***** committed on my account and there is no customer service to assist. When I call no one picks up. This bank is unacceptable and dangerous because they have no branches. I am so angry and my experience with bank is unpleasant.
