Cold service from an ambassador!!!!

Good morning trust my email finds you well,i was at cosmo shopping center on the 6th/09/2022,i bank and receive my salary with tyme bank.I wanted to enquire with a certian product offerd by Tyme bank,i asked the ammbassador at cosmo shopping center and she was cold to me she said she does not know what is that and turned her back on me,i begged her to please find out for me as she is a tyme bank ambassador she said she will try with an attitude.To my suprise yesterday i was at PNP northgate and the service i got from the ambassador there it was profound....i felt so said because when i was recruited to bank with tyme bank she knew but when i want to know about the product she became rude
