Closure account for deceased & funds to be transferred to the executor /estate account

Am still appalled by the service received from Tymebank to this date i have not received feedback regarding the closure of the deceased account and for the funds to be paid into the deceased account which no correspondence has been sent after sending numerous emails.

I have posted a review on the 23/11/2024 which they responded that the y have sent a private reply which i have still not received from myside.
