Closing account

I am so appalled by tymebank, I have been trying to close my account to mo avail, they keep telling am owing and when I pay that amount, another amount comes up. I asked what is the exact amount am owing and no one seems to know.. There call centre number is not free.. It's very costly to call them and you wait for over 10mins to be assisted, sometimes the consultant will drop the call and you have to start all over.. All I want is to close the account because I don't use it
