client protection

My account was hacked on 21 November '24. a large sum of money was withdrawn, from my account. I contacted the bank 22/11/2023 soon as i saw what had happened. they said they would investigate and revert back to me in 5 working days. I logged a call with OBSSA, this then then rep**** with 32 days' notice from incident report. till today, this week alone I've called their call center and them promising to get the investigator to call me, once more. The sad part is due to the stress of this incident I've had two (2) car accidents since then.
