Charging me for what I didn’t do wrong

Tyme Bank did me wrong I send money from one tyme bank to another tyme bank account the money was supposed to clear immediately on my account but didn’t. When i call them this money to reverse the money they want to charge but I wasn’t at fault i did everything as the bank instructions. Please help!
