Cash Back declined but the money is gone

I wanted some cash back on 29 January 2024 via Shop2Shop but the transaction declined. When I check my bank account the money was gone and according to Shop2Shop the money was reversed back to my bank account. I am really out of words because that was the last cash I had and now it’s gone. I lost my trust from this Bank.
