***** case not invetigated by TymeBank

I was ****med someone did a simswap on mtn without my knowledge transfered my investment funds to my savings account delinked my email and I couldn't see what was going on also my cellphone number was also nolonger under my control due to *****ulent sim swap the person bought online @superbalist for R8917;00 and @ game for R15999,00 reported the ***** case at TymeBank caseTymeBank asked them to reverse the transaction the same day I got the notification that they blocked my account from them. After that I was out to pillar and post whilst I was enquiring about the status of my request and this morning I receive message from them that my application for ***** has been declined whereas I have sent them all the relevant documents to show that it was not me transacting on my account letter from my service provider proving that simswap was done by different number online and also case opened for ***** and case number submitted to them still they say they decline my application am so disappointed with ill service I received and being ****med so much money please help.
