I’m so tired of going back and forth that has no solution with TymeBank I’ve been calling tymebank since last year with the same matter that hasn’t been resolved till now…I went to a shopping centre with no pick n pay or any store where I can get a tymebank kiosk and stuff when I get there I swiped my card it declined ..How because it had enough funds…had to drive back home waisted my gasoline okay fine now I’ve spent more than R300 on Airtime calling them now and then I called them more than 20 times even when u called u will be transferred to another consultant and wait for 15-20 minutes by that time your call will cut because of airtime then u have to buy airtime and call again ..talked to so many consultants the other one said my card was reported as ****** or lost card I asked for proof there was no proof to show when was the card reported because I didn’t do such….I called again the other one was saying the card is damaged..I called again everyday I get different answers..the last time I called they said I must go to the nearest kiosk and get a new card and the will refund me the fee that I paid to get another card ….after I got that card I called again they filed a case for me which was TymeBank: Your query has been received. We will update you on or before 24-Mar-2023. Case ID DCI-189327. Help: ***….and then yesterday I got another message which was TymeBank: Your query is Resolved-Actioned. Case ID DCI-189327. Help: ***….waited till today believing my funds will reflect…no funds then I called them again today the consultant I was talking to said my case locked or something like that that means I was gonna wait for funds that was not gonna reflect believing my query was solved then again they filed me another case today Case ID:WF-3866,Case type:Wave Fee again I’m going to call them to follow up on that case I’m tired of tymebank I’ve spent More than R500 on this matter with no solution I’m tired yho 🤬🤬😡😡😡😡
