Card on hold

My card was placed on hold I sent in all documents for tymebank bank but nothing has changed my card are still on hold and today are the 12th day my card is on hold every day I try to phone tymebank waiting on the line 20+ min to speak to someone and then they say let me transfer you to this apartment then they hang op the phone I am tired of waiting for my card to get of hold I must pay my bills but no tymebank personal does not do there work..... Bad service
