Card issues

Received an sms 2 days ago reminding me to get a new debit card as the existing one expires on 32 Dec 2024. Message said to go to Pick 'n Pay (amongst other stores). PnP advised they no longer do the TymeBank cards! No option at selfhelp kiosk to do this. The only options are for lost, ****** or damaged cards, with a fee of R0. I feel that, due to the card expiring, I should not have to pay for a replacement as it is not lost, ****** or damaged.
