Card Dispute

First card transaction with bank, resulted in a card dispute with money withdrawn from account but not reflecting in merchants account. Waiting over a week for refund to be processed!!!

Would not recommend this bank at all, client help-desk is unreachable and unhelpful. Expected more from a 'Digital' only bank, really disappointed.
