Card declined.

On the 28th January i tried withdrawing money in 1 of the Pnp soweto, got the sms confirming withdrawal successfully however on the till slip it declined.. waited for 45 minutes for Tymebank ambassador, we phone customer care o hold doe 20 minutes they couldn't assist i was told to email the till slip on my expense and it takes 5-7 weeks for my quiry to be resolved i regret the day i opened an account with tymebank worst service ever i will not refer any one to use tymebank
