Capitec Loan declined because I use Tymebank

I currently bank with Tymebank the problem is that you are not recognized by other banks not sure why... I went to Capitec to apply for a personal of which I qualified but the application was declined because they don't recognize you on their debit billing system. Kindly assist as you don't even offer loans or credit cards.
