Can't upgrade your limit with Tyme Bank

It is so hard to get anything done through the customer services. I have been trying to upgrade my account limit for a month now. The 2 option I am given is to use the app or the kiosk. Both do not work. I have phone through to customer services 4 times already. The send me the same message to use the app or a kiosk and close off my query. Today I was told to go to home affairs to get a new picture taken and or to use a kiosk where tge finger print scanner works. It does not seem as if they take there customers seriously. Maybe the bank has so many clients they are willing to let existing customers change to other banks. Thank you but this bank it not for me.
