Cant get my refund,Tymebank is holding onto it

the airbnb deducted the reservation fee for a place i mistakenly chose so i immediately canceled the reservation and i was informed that i will get a refund on the 10th of July .. However my bank which is Tymebank is holding the money which i dont understand why , why can't i get my money??
