Can't ever get card issued

Been to 3 Pick n Pays tryinf to collect my card. Always issues. 2 months of trying and there's always an issue with the machine to issue my card. No branches so how do I get help? Nobody in person to physically assist me. Seems your PNP store card linking to tymebank card is often the issue. What must I do???
