Cannot get new card!

My card expired and I’ve gone to several different kiosks, in different cities and provinces, however I get an error every time. I called the call centre and they said they logged a query, haven’t heard back in 2 weeks. It’s a huge inconvenience and expense to send myself money as your touch points esp Pick and pay Wilgeheuwel cashiers always say they don’t have money. I had to ask for a manger to assist me and even then didn’t get the amount I required.
