Cannot find out how to close due to bad policies

I was trying to use it as an investment account to save money for my kids but apparently if there is too little activity they start charging bank fees just like any other ripoff bank. So now i want to close my account. However obviously there is no function in the app to do that. They also said the EFT to remove my funds was free but still charged me 50c. Lies are not appreciated.
