Cannot EFT,Add to Goalsaves. Cannot access my money in Tymebank.

Paying money to beneficiaries is not working. Adding money to Goal saves are not working. My Card is no longer listed on my account. I tried to close all my goalsaves and pay the money back to FNB account, getting an error on the the EFT transfers. My money is effectively stuck in TymeBank and I cannot get it out. Having the exact same issues with my wife's account and my sisters account.

I cannot trust TymeBank at all and will be taking legal action if this matter is not resolved. I need to have all my balances transferred back to my FNB account. This is ********* and unreasonable behaviour by TymeBank.
