Cannot change cellphone number on App

Tyme bank makes it extremely difficult for one to use it ... I've been trying to change my phone number on the app and it is a nightmare. The selfie scan is automatic and just does what it wants. I'm going to get stuck with my money in the account and unable to use it because I cannot change my number ... Your security measures are good but don't let them prevent me from enjoying banking with you. At this stage I'm done.. already opening a proper bank account with another bank
