Worst customer care line EVER........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND HELD FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES ON ALL OCCASSIONS, I SENT E-MAILS WITH NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER.....I NEEDED THEM TO SORT OUT AN UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION, ONLY, BUT I CANNOT GET HOLD OF THEM AT ALL....WORST SERVICE EVER, I AM GOING TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT I HAVE WITH THEM...PERIOD.
