Busisiwe Dube is an exceptional customer service administrator who knows her products. She offers the service that will make someone recruit everyone to bank with this organization. Empathy, willing to listen to a frustrated customer , I was frustrated by some other bank this morning 🌄 I ended up calling GoTyme and spoke to Busi , who made me believe in human beings again , other banks must just replace their people with AI or Robots, not GoTyme , beautiful Busi
