Bull **** service

Hi I have logged in a query on the 10th of May 2022 , today is the 10th of June and still no response , all I do is call them regarding the matter and still nothing getting the same answers from agents all the time. Please let us know if we should stop using Tyme Bank because clearly I see just a waste of time, it has been a full month with no response from regarding my matter. Please step up guys and there is no superior to talk to as my call was cut off as soon as i asked to speak to someone higher.
