BULL**** BANK
The security in this bank is ****, ******** are able to infiltrate your banking app and ***** customers their hard earned cash. I reported this to the bank after some online **** was done on my account of the amount of R3500 via my banking app. The bank is refusing to refund me asking me all types of bull**** question to avoid paying for their lack of security. telling me that they have nothing to do with what happened on my phone and ****. just because they don't want to take any responsibility for their lack of security . customers should play as far away from this bank as possible they are ****** useless in helping and understanding customer needs.

As bank you surely are aware of such cyber ***** and I'm not the first customer to have been *****ed in this manner from your bank. I just want my R3500 back to my Goal saver account. that all I want.
