Bring back my money please.

I have been hearing people saying tyme bank is not safe, but now I believe. Tyme bank took my money R2500 via payshap that was sent mistakenly to non existing cellphone number, which was used by my niece before and it's no longer working. So I explained that no one will receive that money please bring it back to me, but you failed to bring it since on the 25th I am waiting for it to reverse nothing.
