Breach of contract due to their systems and no communications

Hello Peter needs to start giving us a no star rating because this bank doesn't deserve any stars. Tell me why would a bank breach a contract, not communicate and ignore all your emails. This is after you call them and they advice that they will send an email and more than a week later nothing has come through. Please rather use Capitec, way better than this circus.
