Blocked tymebank Account for 2 weeks

I will never ever in my life recommend tymebank never ... as a customer to tymebank I'm very much disappointed in you guys. You don't know how to work with people shem how can you put my funds on hold without any notice or something my account is blocked I don't even have a case number how are we going to solve all this because this is my third review no calls or email from you you are busy replying here that I must give you case number while u didn't even then me an email that my account is blocked or something you just put my funds on hold I wonder what's gonna happen to my son's grant shem I feel sorry for him this month because you are not helping with anything I'm disappointed in you guys I will never recommend anyone to join or use your bank to receive their children's grants because wow I'm facing difficulties on my own no update no nothing can you kindly assist me shem before next week I'm stressed now because of my son's grant my account number is *** no case number no email no nothing , my funds are on hold...my phone number is ***
