Blocked profile and bad service

My name is Kgomotso Masala, ID *** and I have a business and a personal account with tymebank. I got a message last weekend that my profile was blocked due to suspected *****. I use the accounts on a daily basis. I ha e been trying to get hold of them the whole week. They keep saying they are transferring me to ***** department all the time but I don't win. I don't know what to do anymore because I also sent emails to complain but no one is assisting. I wrote an email o the 12th because the problem started before that. My number is ***
