Blocked my account

I opened an account with timebank long time ago and I had money on my account close to R6000,they just blocked my account and said they suspect *****ulent I contacted them still they haven't sorted out my problem since January I'm not happy at all I need my money,that moneys is for my kids.i want them to Unblock my money they've lost a customer this is a very bad unacceptable thing to do to us as we're there customers!!!!!
