Blocked account for nothing

Not even worth 1 star. I have 2 accounts with them. A business and a personal account. Both which has been blocked and when you phone them they have a backlog of messages and their technical department will phone you back after 48 hours. How am i suppose to run my business with a bank account that is locked???? I will move both my accounts from tymebank. Clearly you cant handle the pressure as this is not the first time this nonsence happens!!!!!
